is a highly experienced and result oriented Business & Management Consultant, with vast experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax (Company & Individual), Payroll Administration, Business Process Re-engineering and general office administration. He had his first degree in 2001 at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, where he read Management & Accounting. He is a 2008 MBA (Finance Specialization) graduate and a Chartered Accountant (since 2005) with over 13 years working experience in the Consulting, Banking, Marketing Communication/Advertising and Oil & Gas Industries. He is also a certified Associate Practitioner of Advertising in Nigeria (2012).

While he worked as a staff in various organizations,¬† he received citations/recommendations and promotions in recognition of the success recorded at leading his team towards generating reliable Management Reports, contributing to Management’s Business Reviews, collating & remitting company & individual taxes and ensuring proper & effective internal control measures, etc.

Since transiting into private Business & Financial Consultancy, he has successfully been  involved in the following:
Consulting for and contributing to clients’ business set-up, start-up and/or re-strategizing;
Financial & Accounting process set up for new & existing clients & ensuring efficient processing of clients’ transaction;

Olayinka Anyachukwu

Senior Consultant

is a finance professional with over thirteen years of progressive experience in the consulting, financial services, healthcare and diplomatic sectors. She earned a bachelors degree in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 2001, and is an associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and a Certificate in International Treasury Management. She is currently completing the Certificate in Corporate Finance and Funding.

During her career, Olayinka has managed the finances of a Chevron funded Foundation with $50 million in the first phase and $40 million in the second phase of the project. She was responsible for setting up the accounting systems at the start of the Foundation and also the systems in the field offices.

She has gained considerable skills in setting up accounting systems, analyzing financial data, setting up financial controls, processing financial transactions, managing internal and external relationships, producing timely financial reports and managing a finance team. She has also developed extensive expertise in the deployment, management and use of computerized accounting systems.

Olayinka has implemented computerized accounting systems in more than 15 companies (including training of staff); met challenging targets in a leading financial institution; and managed the accounting function to exacting standards in a major embassy.

She serves as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Nigeria Advisory Council (ACCA NAC) and also mentors several potential students and affiliates as her way of giving back.
